ABC School Supplies is a growing Irish education supplier working closely with crèches, primary schools and government bodies across Ireland.

We are recruiting a Customer Service & Account Support Executive who is friendly, organised and motivated, with a genuine interest in education and early years learning.

The Role This role focuses on providing excellent customer support, building strong relationships, and ensuring every customer has a smooth, helpful experience from enquiry to delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: Supporting customers across government bodies, crèches and primary schools with their enquiries and orders Following up on enquiries, quotations and existing customer accounts to ensure nothing is missed Answering incoming phone calls and emails, dealing with general queries professionally and efficiently Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their classroom and early learning needs Learning about our product range and education sector requirements to provide accurate guidance and recommendations Working closely with the wider team to support daily operations and customer satisfaction About You Be able to work on your own initiative while also contributing positively to a small team Be hardworking, reliable and willing to learn Have a friendly, confident manner and strong communication skills Be organised and comfortable juggling sales tasks with customer support Have an interest in education, early years learning and school environments Be comfortable answering phones and responding to emails as part of your role Have experience using CRM and warehouse management systems.

Sales or education sector experience is an advantage, but not essential — attitude and willingness to learn are key.
