The Position
This versatile role, based at our Dublin branch, combines exceptional customer service with responsibilities in our vault and bullion services. Reporting to your supervisor and regional manager, you'll perform your duties with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
The role will be for 24-40 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, promptly and courteously addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person while maintaining our high standards and service level agreements.
* Make renewal calls to existing customers to ensure continued service and satisfaction.
* Ensure precise invoicing for all vault customers.
* Conduct branch tours, manage security access, and maintain strict client confidentiality.
* Handle significant cash transactions accurately and adhere to the four-eyes policy.
* Maintain strict process control and security standards to safeguard operational integrity.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of staff and customers.
* Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of customer records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Uphold impeccable housekeeping standards to reflect the company's commitment to professionalism and organization.
