We are partnering with a well-established architecture practice in North Cork to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their studio-based team.
This practice has built a strong reputation for delivering medium to large-scale, technically complex projects and for investing in the long-term development of their staff.
The successful candidate will work closely with Architects, fellow Technologists, Designers, and Design Managers across all project stages, from planning through to construction.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to high-quality projects within a supportive, professional studio environment.
Responsibilities
Contribute to all architectural and technical aspects of projects from early design through to construction
Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation in line with current regulations and best practice
Work on medium and large-scale developments, including technically complex schemes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the studio and externally
Support project delivery through strong technical input and coordination
Participate in site-related activities where required
Requirements
Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology
2–3+ years' post-graduate experience in an architectural practice
Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects
Strong technical capability, particularly from planning through construction stages
Solid knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, TGD's and BC(A)R
Strong proficiency in Revit
Site experience is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Well-organised, capable of managing time and resources efficiently
Self-motivated, ambitious, and keen to progress professionally
