Effective leadership is crucial in the clinical nurse manager position, which requires a high level of professional and clinical expertise. This role involves working closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to implement the Trend Care IT System.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards and evidence-based care planning approach.
* Confidentiality in patient/client records must be maintained.
* Able to manage time and workload effectively to meet changing needs.
* Support the implementation of Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
Requirements:
* Must be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives.
* Requires at least 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 recent years in an acute area.
* Provide evidence of clinical and professional managerial ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
