We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Food and Beverage department.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the food and beverage sector, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and financial performance.
You will work closely with colleagues to achieve high standards of service quality, while also meeting financial targets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, have a good understanding of financial awareness and analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
The working hours are flexible, with a minimum of 150 hours per 4-week period. This may involve working on public holidays, Christmas, and New Year, but with a premium rate of pay for Sunday hours.
