We're looking for aEurope-based Technical Partner Specialistto own Stream's technical partner integrations and provide strong coverage across global time zones.This role isglobally scoped- you'll support partners and brands acrossboth North America and Europe, while working closely with Stream's US-based product, engineering, and leadership teams.What You'll DoOwn partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact for Stream's partners globally.Lead partners through the full integration lifecycle: technical discovery, scoping, build, launch, and post-launch optimization.Act as a hands-on technical expert for partners integrating with Stream's APIs, webhooks, and data flows.Support integrations across complex ecosystems including POS platforms and ordering / delivery channels used in the US and Europe.Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, payloads, configurations, and API behavior.Coordinate closely with Stream's US-based engineering, product, and support teams to drive issues to resolution.Create and maintain clear partner-facing and internal documentation: quickstarts, integration guides, checklists, FAQs, and best practices.Take full ownership when things breakmanaging partner communication, expectations, and follow-through across time zones.Propose and implement improvements to how Stream onboards, supports, and scales technical partners globally.What You BringExperience in a technical, partner-facing role (integrations, solutions engineering, technical support, developer support, technical account management, etc.).Strong API fluencycomfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication, and environments.Ability to read API documentation, diagnose integration issues, and clearly explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with US-based teams.A high-ownership mindset - you're comfortable operating in a small startup with ambiguity and responsibility.A service-oriented approach - you care deeply about partner success and will dig in to unblock issues.Nice to HaveLight development or scripting experience (enough to test APIs, validate integrations, or build small internal tools).Hands-on experience with tools like Postman or similar.Experience in restaurant tech, POS, ordering, or delivery platforms.Prior experience at a startup or small team.Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location partners.What We OfferEurope-based, remote-first roleCompetitive, market-aligned compensationEquity options - real ownership in the company you're helping buildHigh autonomy and responsibilityThe opportunity to shape Stream's global technical partner functionWhy This Role Is ExcitingGlobal impact: You'll own technical integrations for partners across the US and Europe.True ownership: You're accountable for integration success, not just support responses.Cross-functional exposure: You'll work daily with Stream's product, engineering, and leadership teams.Startup pace: Decisions get made quickly and implemented.Career growth: Clear path to senior technical partnership or solutions leadership as Stream grows.
