Job Description:
* The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support and coordination services to customers, service engineers, and mixed sales companies.
* This involves planning and coordinating service and support for a full range of products and services from the customer service department.
* The successful candidate will deliver timely support to customers directly and indirectly through a network of mixed sales companies.
* In emergency cases, on-site support will be provided.
* Techincal reports will be prepared and delivered on project completion.
* Clients, employees, and apprentices will be trained on-site and in-house.
* Liaison with internal departments will be established to eliminate faults and improve products.
* Collaboration with the sales department and global network of mixed sales companies will occur to promote and develop business opportunities.
* KPIs and targets will be developed and maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third level qualification in engineering or an applicable trade is required.
* Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of programs is necessary.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are essential.
* Experience in a similar technical support role is preferred.
* Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD) is advantageous.
