Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* 3+ years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* Registered in the national nursing and midwifery register
* Relevant management qualification
* Clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity
* Continuous professional development
* Proven experience in managing residential services
* Budget management and team leadership skills
* Report writing, care planning, and staff roster management experience
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Excellent IT skills
* Understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements in the care sector
