Regional Sales Manager Role
We are looking for an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Limerick, covering the Tipperary, Limerick and Clare territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of the retail fuel market and ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Retail Fuels Director and be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the retail footprint and managing relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
* Collaborating closely with Commercial and Wholesale teams to align sales activity, share intelligence and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
* Partnering with the Retail Fuels Director and management team to deliver on sales targets, volume growth and profitability objectives.
The successful candidate will have a third-level qualification in Business or related area, or equivalent relevant experience. They will also have proven experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Manager or Senior Account Manager within the fuel, energy, FMCG or similar B2B environment.
