You'll work closely with Heads of Tribes, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and customer-centric delivery. Your expertise will help teams interpret agile metrics, drive performance, and align with strategic goals!In This Role, You WillAgile EnablementCoach & Mentor: Provide tailored coaching to Heads of Tribes, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Squads across frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.Assess Agile Maturity: Evaluate team maturity and adapt coaching strategies to meet evolving needs.Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead retrospectives, workshops, and planning sessions that spark insight and drive improvement.Promote Product Thinking: Shift focus from task completion to delivering long-term customer value.Champion Psychological Safety: Foster an environment where experimentation, open dialogue, and servant leadership thrive.Cross-Role CoachingSupport Scrum Masters: Help develop servant leadership and enable high-performing teams.Empower Product Owners: Guide backlog prioritisation and partner engagement for maximum impact.Advise Tribe Leadership: Align objectives and key results, governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.Facilitate Big Room Planning: Ensure effective coordination and alignment during PI/Big Room Planning sessions.Scaled Agile & Transformation LeadershipImplement Disciplined Agile: Support adoption and evolution of the Bank's Disciplined Agile Framework.Collaborate with ACE: Partner with the Agile Centre of Excellence to refine practices and promote agile governance.Product & Delivery AlignmentPartner with Product Owners: Ensure backlogs reflect customer and business value.Enhance Backlog Management: Support refinement, iteration planning, and delivery readiness.Advocate DevOps Practices: Promote CI/CD and DevOps methodologies to streamline delivery.Why work with us?Proven experience in Agile environments, with current experience in a coaching role.Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Proven experience leading Agile transformations and coaching distributed teams.Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Solid understanding of software development, DevOps, and CI/CD.Desirable QualificationsAgile certifications (e.g., CSPO, ICA, SAFe) are a plus but not crucial.Practical experience and partner leadership skills are highly valued.A track record in product delivery is desirable.Why work with us?This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the future of agility at Bank of Ireland.
