Customer Success Professional
The Customer Success team at Alert Media focuses on building strong, strategic relationships with our customers. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value and growth.
Responsibilities:
* To establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders across the customer's organization.
* To develop a deep understanding of the customer's business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
* To identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on the customer's current usage or potential future requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in working as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent role in a SaaS company. Ideally you have:
1. Critical thinking skills to drive adoption, retain accounts and expand them over time
2.
