Requirements & Experience required:
* Strong knowledge of cars and car parts is essential
* Fluent English essential (Written, oral and verbal).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, e.g. an extremely friendly and professional manner.
* Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment essential
* Someone who loves to solve problems
* Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day activities in a fast paced environment - take a call, write an excellent email and operate a hihly responsive online chat function.
* Excellent PC skills, and strong familiarity with online shopping

Immediate start available
This job involves dealing with customers online, face to face, and on the telephone, guiding and advising them in all car parts related queries. Strong knowledge and the ability to advise and reassure customers is essential. This will also involve problem solving, which includes order management - processing customer orders and solving problems with orders as they arise.
