Job Description:
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and monitoring labour forces and specialist subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
\
2. Assist the project team in monitoring progress and meeting agreed programme targets
\
3. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project
\
4. Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
\
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors
\
6. Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve overall project goals
\
7. Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve processes
\
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project
\
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address concerns

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:

10. A third-level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of trades
\
11. Previous main contractor experience on large-scale projects, preferably in structural, external, and groundwork's sectors
\
12. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft software
\
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
