Store Management Position
This is a key leadership role within our retail organization, overseeing the daily operations of a busy store.
The ideal candidate will have excellent supervisory skills and be able to drive sales growth and revenue targets in their assigned store.
A successful Store Manager will possess a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to maintain high standards of presentation at all times.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Store Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of staff members, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
They will also be responsible for managing shop accounting procedures, including banking, till receipts, and cash handling, as well as taking responsibility for inventory and security of equipment and fittings.
Furthermore, the Store Manager will support ongoing store and community-based fundraising events and promote the organization's brand through local channels.
