EZ Living Interiors are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator, based at our Head Office in Little Island, Cork.
This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone with an interest in design, interiors, lifestyle brands and digital content creation, who enjoys creatively communicating a brand and its products to a large social media audience. The role blends creativity with analytics and organisation, and would suit a motivated individual with a can-do attitude who thrives on contributing to business success.
This role supports the delivery of our marketing campaigns and online activity across social media, website and email. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging, market-leading content that brings the EZ Living Interiors brand and product offering to life across all social media platforms.
* Actively support the exploration, testing and execution of paid social and digital advertising opportunities, assisting with campaign setup, optimisation, performance tracking and reporting in line with business objectives.
* Assist in the planning, development and implementation of social media campaigns in collaboration with the team.
* Ensure all social content is aligned with the brand's creative direction and tone of voice.
* Generate, edit, publish and share high-quality content (text, imagery and video) on a daily basis across social channels.
* Work closely with the creative team in-studio and on location during photoshoots to capture engaging content.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions.
* Monitor, track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
* Prepare regular reports on social media activity, engagement, growth and campaign performance, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.
* Use data, insights and best practices to continuously optimise content and channel performance.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms and new technologies relevant to the role.
Experience & Skills Required
* 2–3 years' experience in social media content creation or a similar digital marketing role.
* Proven experience creating content for social media, including paid promotional advertising.
* Strong interest in design, interiors and lifestyle brands, with a passion for learning and developing within the interiors market.
* Experience using tools such as Canva, Campaign Monitor, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
* Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in video content.
* Ability to create creative, engaging content across text, image and video formats.
* Experience using analytics tools to track performance and report on social media results.
* Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of online marketing channels and digital best practices.
* Familiarity with web design and the ability to create graphics for social media.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude with a strong interest in business performance and results.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* BSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
