Position Summary
The Graduate Operations Executive role at Setanta will lead the operational and market growth efforts for our expansion into Italy.
They will coordinate daily operations linked to student management, partnership management, venue oversight, language localisation, and localised service delivery.
Working closely with our leadership team, the graduate will manage Italian-language communications, streamline operational processes, and contribute to strategy execution aligned with our growth objectives in Italy.
Primary Responsibilities
Project manage all operational aspects of the Italian student management and service delivery processes.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and Italian market stakeholders.
Translate and adapt materials and processes to Italian context.
Monitor KPIs and report on Italian market development.
Assist in setting up partnerships and academic collaborations.
Travel to Italy for partner meetings (as required).
Qualification and Experience
Degree in a business or administration related field.
Experience in a customer service role.
Essential
Fluent in English & Italian
