Operations Project Manager – Global ERP Transformation (IFS / ERP)
We’re supporting a global industrial organisation embarking on a major transformation program to harmonize and optimize its operations worldwide. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Operations Project Manager to play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP platform (IFS Cloud) and the standardisation of global business processes.
The focus of this role is within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales & Distribution process areas, leading critical workstreams that ensure process alignment, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project activities within the OTC and Sales & Distribution workstreams.
Drive process harmonisation and support the rollout of IFS Cloud across global sites.
Collaborate with process owners, super users and IT specialists to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Promote change adoption and support end users through transformation.
About You
Proven experience in ERP implementation or transformation programs (IFS preferred, but SAP, Oracle or similar also considered).
Strong understanding of OTC and Sales & Distribution processes.
Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination and change leadership.
Comfortable operating in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
Structured, delivery-focused and able to lead through influence rather than authority.
