* Previous developer or house builder experience is essential.
Location
Two positions - one in North Dublin and one in South Dublin; occasional work from the central office.
Salary
€80,000 - €85,000

Overview and Responsibilities
Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for delivering high quality, sustainable homes. As they expand to increase live sites, they are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and technical aspects of the project, coordinating all technical information from planning approval to completion.
The successful candidate will focus on delivering design excellence, managing external consultants, and ensuring the coordination of all aspects, from M&E to structures and façades, looking after one or two sites.
They will also support project managers, oversee technical specifications, ensure compliance with building regulations, and work closely with in house architects to translate planning schemes into efficient commercial solutions.
