We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Food Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage outlets.
About the Role
* Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets.
* Mentor and manage F&B teams, including floor supervisors, restaurant staff, and bartenders.
* Collaborate with kitchen and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Ensure cost controls, staffing levels, and performance KPIs meet or exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, multi-outlet hotel environments and excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
* Foster a culture of excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Food Operations Manager or similar role in a high-volume, multi-outlet hotel environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
