Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The locations for these services are in Longford. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements for the successful candidate include:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
* Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Familiarity with Children’s First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
