Construction Supervisor
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor with a proven track record of managing site-based construction projects. They must have excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively coordinate teams and ensure timely project completion.
* * Coordinate the activities of tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship is delivered in accordance with project specifications and timelines
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years experience in a Site Foreman or Working Foreperson role
* Proven track record of successfully leading construction projects from inception to completion
* Excellent ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve project goals and objectives
