What You'll Be Doing Coordinating labour relations and people-related programmes across multiple EMEA countries Bringing structure to initiatives using proven project management principles Owning project tracking, timelines, actions, and reporting Producing clear dashboards, documentation, and insights using Share Point, Excel, Planner, Project, and Power BIPreparing agendas, minutes, and stakeholder updates — and making sure actions don't disappear Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and employee representatives Tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed Supporting governance and compliance in a trusted, confidential environment What We're Looking For3+ years' experience in project coordination, PMO, or programme support Experience supporting HR, employee, compliance, or governance-led initiatives Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (especially Share Point, Excel, Teams, Planner / Project)Confident communicator who can work with senior and cross-functional stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Able to work independently in a fast-moving, international environment Exposure to works councils or employee representation is a plus (not essential) Why This Role?Meaningful impact – your work supports programmes that influence employee experience across EMEAModern tools – work within a highly digital, structured programme environment Flexibility – remote working across multiple European locations Exposure – collaborate with senior stakeholders and international teams Stability – contract role within a well-established programme landscape Ideal For Someone Who Is…A strong Coordinator or PMO-type, not a heavyweight Programme Manager Comfortable with sensitive information and trusted environments Proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-focused Looking for a role with real ownership and visibility Interested?Send a CV to
