Head Chef Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong menu planning and food cost control expertise, as well as experience in managing kitchen operations and ensuring HACCP compliance.
We value candidates with hands-on management style, ability to work closely with senior management, and knowledge of Procure Wizard/Alkimii systems.
Additionally, BBQ experience would be beneficial for our CASK venue events.
