Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OTC sales professional to assist in the smooth running of our front-of shop areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock orders, and overseeing merchandising departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience and building loyalty.
* Stock Management: Manage stock orders effectively, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing waste.
* Maintenance of Shop Areas: Oversee the merchandising of departments to drive sales, improve customer experience, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
Full training will be provided to successful applicants in areas where there is a lack of experience, allowing you to develop your skills and excel in this role.
