We're looking for a dynamic
Commercial Solutions Manager
to shape commercial strategy and drive profitable growth across the Republic of Ireland. This is your chance to influence healthcare solutions in acute, long-term care, and community sectors within the HSE, nursing homes, and private markets—including architects and building contractors.

What You'll Do
* Lead & Inspire: Provide direction and motivation to the Sales Team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
* Build Relationships: Engage with senior HSE stakeholders and C/D suite executives to promote innovative solutions.
* Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to differentiate Arjo in the market.
* Strategize & Execute: Create annual business plans, manage budgets, and implement Arjo's selling process for consistent success.
* Coach & Develop: Mentor your team to enhance customer service and support career progression.
* Stay Ahead: Share market and competitor insights to keep Arjo at the forefront of healthcare solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in sales or commercial management, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
* Strong leadership and change management skills to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting, and quotations.
* Knowledge of Arjo products and solutions is a plus.
