We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Lead to partner with our business and drive marketing efforts forward. About the Role
* Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and commercial priorities.
* Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development.
* Take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
* Oversight of a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement.
2. Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
3. Take ownership of the marketing budget, reporting on ROI and ensuring effective spend.
What We Are Looking For
* 7 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels.
