**Job Description:**
* An ideal candidate will have experience in managing the daily operations of a fitness facility, overseeing revenue and expense goals, maintaining customer service standards, and resolving escalated issues.
The successful candidate must be able to manage Front desk, Child Sitting, and Maintenance Employees to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times. They should also be able to budget and schedule staff coverage for these departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Retro Fitness's high level of customer service.
* Manage program revenue and expense goals and implement company programs/promotions for new sales leads optimum membership growth.
