Job Description
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for Mobile Cleaning Supervisors to support our growing operations across Midlands. This is a hands‑on, mobile role suited to an experienced cleaning professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across multiple sites.
The Role
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards across a portfolio of sites. You will be required to travel between locations, provide on‑site support, and supervise cleaning operatives where applicable. This role is operational and hands‑on, not desk‑based.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support cleaning operations across multiple sites in Midlands
* Carry out hands‑on cleaning duties when required
* Supervise and support cleaning operatives on designated sites
* Ensure all sites meet required cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
* Conduct site checks and address any issues promptly
* Liaise with management and clients as needed
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or senior cleaning role
* Hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic
* Full, clean Irish driving licence (no penalty points – essential)
* Ability to travel regularly across Midlands
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
* Flexibility in working hours as required by the role
