Key Responsibilities:· Answer inbound requests from the website (existing and potential B2 B / B2 C customers) through phone and email· Manage our portfolio of existing large B2 B customers across all of Europe (order entry, post-sales follow up, etc.) and be the first point of contact for them.· Answer customer price requests either directly or in coordination with local field teams as well as any other inquiries.
