A high-volume litigation team is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Executive to support and lead on a broad range of secured and unsecured debt recovery matters. The successful candidate will also assist in guiding and supporting more junior legal executives. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft District, Circuit, and High Court proceedingsArrange and oversee service of proceedingsDraft statutory declarations, affidavits of service, motions, and legal correspondenceInstruct and liaise with summons servers, tracing agents, and local town agentsTake and manage client instructions, providing updates on case progress and court outcomesPrepare briefs and assist with briefing counselManage incoming correspondence from solicitors, agents, and defendantsLiaise with court offices and relevant external bodiesHandle incoming calls from clients, solicitors, agents, and defendantsContribute to monthly departmental targetsManage a high-volume, fast-moving litigation caseloadSupport, guide, and assist with the training of junior legal executivesSkills And ExperienceMinimum of 1 years experience in debt recoveryMinimum of 2-3 years experience as a legal executivePro-active thinker and problem solver.Calm, professional and approachable manner.Excellent communicator.Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player.Strong communication skills and a good phone manner.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
