About the Role:
* Ensure all guests receive a genuine welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay
* Assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indexes and hotel standards
* Manage front office departmental operations efficiently and effectively
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the front office, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
