About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to join our team in growing brand presence within the luxury spa sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in:
* Identifying, pursuing and onboarding new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel and wellness industry in Ireland
* Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through regular contact, support and account management
* Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
* Collaborating closely with companies internal marketing, training and customer service teams
* Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to inform business strategy
* Upholding and promoting companies values of excellence, authenticity and sustainability
About You
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the professional spa industry, ideally in a luxury B2B area
2. A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts
3. A passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness and sustainability
4. Highly self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently
5. Willingsness to travel nationally as needed
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. A full drivers license
