Supermac's Cork Rd, Waterford, is looking for a
passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager
to lead a dynamic team in one of Ireland's most recognized and loved brands.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to run the store like your own business, driving sales, profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll oversee daily operations, support staff development, and engage with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver outstanding service every day.
Supervise team members and ensure daily tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
Be fully focused on both customers and your team.
Lead from the front and actively develop your team.
Train team members on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
Assist the Store Manager with employee relations when necessary.
Your Profile:
At least 2 years of management experience in the food industry.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Excellent organisational, communication, and planning abilities.
Passionate about customer service and professional in all public-facing situations.
Hands-on, energetic, motivating, and innovative.
Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) is required.
Flexible to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
