The Successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a residential site comprising of Ca. 180 units. Key Responsibilities: Set out for subcontractors, including providing gridlines and levels for groundworks, Foundations and House Plots Coordinate and review site drawings. Monitor and evaluate quality control for subcontractor work. Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain accurate site records and quality assurance documentation. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Authority (HSA) standards Demonstrate a strong understanding of Uisce ireann standard details and liaise effectively with Uisce ireann site supervisors. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline. 5+ years experience as a Site Engineer, ideally on residential projects. Strong setting out, surveying, and technical skills with proficiency in relevant instruments and software. ICF experience is desirable Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively at all levels. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
