Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

General Job Objectives
Responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations for their lawn, trees and shrubs, pest control, and overall property needs are met and exceeded.
Essential Job Duties
* Recruit, train, retain, and motivate a fully staffed Sales Department to reach goals aligned with our mission and core values.
* Develop sales and marketing plans with objectives, strategies, and profit/loss projections.
* Drive revenue and conversion for the branch.
* Hire, educate, stimulate, and guide Lawn Consultants to meet or exceed goals.
* Provide training and coaching to the Lawn Consultant team in sales methodology, product knowledge, role plays, and observation.
* Lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy and skills.
* Present accurate reports to management weekly.
* Evaluate competitors’ services and market trends, sharing insights with the team.
* Monitor and track sales statistics and performance.
* Implement sales process improvements.
* Manage a sales and personal development training library; assist in closing sales when needed.
Desired Experience
* Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
* Goal-driven with a desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment.
* Expertise in training and coaching sales professionals, including role plays and one-on-one coaching.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
* Strong computer skills, especially MS Office applications.
* Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and motivation.
* Excellent verbal and organizational skills.
Skills/Abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency with computers (Microsoft programs), ability to multitask, good phone skills, lawn care and collections experience a plus, data entry skills.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Gmail, and detail-oriented, high-energy, self-motivated, organized, deadline-driven team builder.
