Quality and Policy Expert
This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can partner with internal teams to ensure decisions made by content moderation staff are audited for accuracy.
* The Quality and Policy Expert will support every aspect of internal audit quality from planning, implementation, feedback, and re-audit as required. This includes collaborating with operations team(s) and quality manager(s) for performance enhancement of personnel not meeting effectiveness metrics.
Becoming knowledgeable about client products and community standards is essential in this role. The expert must serve as the knowledge holder to ensure awareness and understanding of Content Policy and Operational Guidelines, reinforcing associated changes to operations teams.
