We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our growing multi-site childcare organisation. This senior role will oversee all financial operations, management accounts, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning across 10+ centres.Key Responsibilities• Lead day-to-day finance operations (AP/AR, payroll oversight, billing, cashflow).• Prepare monthly/annual management accounts and financial reports.• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling.• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with Irish accounting standards.• Support expansion projects, grant applications, and business planning.Required Profile• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.ApplySend your CV to with subject "Financial Controller Application
