We are recruiting Social Care Workers to join a dynamic team supporting in our Day Services in Kildare.
The successful candidate will support individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion, and the promotion of their personal health and wellbeing, encouraging and motivating them to lead a fulfilling life.
Requirements
Relevant, recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care / Disability / Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
Registered with CORU or confirmation from CORU that registration has commenced
Knowledge of New Directions Interim Standards and Person‑Centred Support Plans
Experience delivering quality supports with achievable outcomes (PCP’S)
A valid licence to drive a manual vehicle in Ireland
Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
Excellent organisational, logistical and IT skills an advantage
Suitability as outlined in the introduction to the role
Experience working with people with a range of support needs, including behaviours of concern
Team‑lead qualities to support the Day Service Leader in the day‑to‑day running of the service
