Production Supervisor - Shannon, Co. Clare
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in production leadership to join a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a multifunctional production team to meet daily targets and KPIs
* Coordinate staffing and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth production flow
* Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and performance
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
* Support training and development of team members
* Collaborate with HR on reviews and training records
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role
* Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to motivate and develop team members
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
* Must currently reside in Ireland and hold a valid work permit
