Flowtech is seeking a Graduate Territory Sales Executive to join our growing team, covering the Munster region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year's experience in sales, engineering or a related field, who's eager to learn and develop their career in a hands-on, customer-facing role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of customers across Munster
* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing clients
* Building strong, lasting relationships by understanding customer needs
* Promoting tailored solutions in sectors like transport, off-highway equipment, and industrial engineering
* Working closely with internal teams (sales, technical, and procurement)
* Attending trade shows and industry events as a Flowtech representative
* Maintaining records and pipeline activity using our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, engineering, or a relevant commercial field
* A real desire to learn, grow and succeed in a technical sales environment
* Tenacity, drive and curiosity – with a confident, proactive approach to challenges
* Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
* A full, clean driving licence (essential)
* Some technical understanding or interest in hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical systems is a plus – but not essential
