Bid Assistant/ Bid Coordinator | Dublin 18Main Contractor | Large-scale projectsAn opportunity has arisen for a Bid Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected main contractor delivering major projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use sectors.This role will suit a highly organised individual with strong administrative and coordination skills who is keen to build a long-term career within bids, pre-construction, and work-winning.The RoleWorking closely with the Bid and Pre-Construction team, the Bid Assistant will support the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality tender and PQQ documentation.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and PQQsCoordinating bid documentation, drawings and schedulesManaging document control and ensuring version accuracyLiaising with internal teams (commercial, planning, design) to gather bid inputsFormatting and proofreading tender responses to a high standardMaintaining bid trackers, timelines and submission portalsSupporting post-tender clarifications and presentationsRequirementsPrevious experience in a Bid Assistant / Bid Coordinator / Construction Admin role (construction or engineering background preferred)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with tender portals and bid processes is an advantage
