Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead our supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and delivery functions. This pivotal position will ensure seamless day-to-day operations align with our growth ambitions while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cost control, and compliance.
You will play a key part in driving operational improvements by building high-performing teams and supporting large-scale project deliveries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
* Oversee project scheduling for timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
* Closely coordinate with technical finance sales design teams manage company vehicles tooling equipment resources develop enforce SOPs ensuring operational consistency lead company's Health & Safety plan ensuring compliance continuous improvement monitor KPIs across operations teams build mentor lead high-performing operations team ensure compliance ISO H&S industry standards conduct risk assessments implement mitigation strategies support tenders large project bids operational planning align operational capacity business growth strategy - Main Skills
