MCS Group are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join their senior leadership team at their production facility in Northern Ireland.This organisation is a supplier of technically complex components to major automotive manufacturers and forms part of a wider international group. The role offers the opportunity to lead the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy within a highly advanced manufacturing environment while working closely with senior management and international stakeholders.The RoleThe Health, Safety & Environmental Manager will lead the delivery of the organisation's HSE strategy, ensuring robust systems are in place to protect employees, maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across the site.
