About the Job
* Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in bar management.
The right individual will be responsible for ensuring that all food and drink are served to the highest standards, developing innovative ways of working to enhance the guest experience, managing and training a team in the art of upselling, and maintaining the security of cash, credit cards, and floats.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a high-end hospitality environment in Ireland.
* Hotel bar experience.
* Proficiency with POS systems, including back-office systems.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
* Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
