Our client is a leading M&E Contractor based in the Dublin area. They have a turnover of circa €50 Million and are the leading contractor in the commercial space in Dublin. They have recently been appointed to a multimillion euro fitout for a multinational corporate client in the city centre. The company have a reputation for developing their engineers into Project Managers and this particular role will have a clear pathway to becoming a Project Manager.
About Your New Job
As the Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will support the Senior Project Manager in supporting the management of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring all electrical installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Duties will include:
Develop a daily action plan that includes HSEQ
Assist Project team in expediting of major equipment deliveries
Maintain a site diary
Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub-contractors
Ensure that all variations are picked up in conjunction with PM and QS
Ensure labour allocation sheets are being completed by sub-contractors
What Skills You Need
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field and hold a minimum of three years experience working in the construction sector in a M&E Contractor, Main Contractor or a Consultancy.
What’s on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of circa €55,000 - €65,000 DOE. The company also provide a pension contribution, bonus, death in service, phone and laptop.
