About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Government & Public Sector Consulting practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping public sector organisations deliver better outcomes for citizens through technology-enabled transformations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes across government and public sector clients.
* Ssupport sector and account growth within G&P's go-to-market strategies, including identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
* Support the development and implementation of future-state operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies.
Candidate Profile
A recognised university degree with 7+ years' experience in management consulting or public sector roles is required. A track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen is also essential.
A deep understanding of one or more of the following capabilities: Operating model design, Public sector procurement, Transformation delivery, Programme management, Change management is also necessary.
You should have knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.
Prior stakeholder management experience would be beneficial as well as prior work within Ireland's government sectors such as Transport Education Housing Defence etc.
