Customer Service Advisor
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
* Collate information from customers via telephone calls.
* Ensure all customer records are kept up-to-date in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.

Location: Onsite at Henry Street, Limerick
Contract: Permanent Part-time with our company
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11 am –3.00 pm (20 hours / week) with initial Part time/full time training for 9-11 weeks Mon-Fri 9-5.30 pm
