With our Tralee studio thriving, we're expanding to Killarney — offering a brand-new space with premium Reformers, infrared heating, and a supportive community of members who value quality instruction and results-driven classes.
The Role
We're looking for passionate and qualified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our Killarney team.
You'll guide clients through small-group classes that focus on strength, flexibility, posture, and control.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Pilates technique, excellent communication skills, and a warm, motivating teaching style.
Key Responsibilities
Lead small-group Reformer Pilates classes for all levels, following FLX teaching methods and programming.
Deliver exceptional cueing, attention to form, and a motivating class experience.
Provide modifications and progressions to support all abilities.
Contribute to the positive and inclusive atmosphere that FLX Pilates is known for.
Support new client onboarding and help members reach their goals.
Maintain a clean and professional studio environment before and after classes.
Requirements
Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (comprehensive or equivalent qualification).
Experience teaching group Reformer or 1:1 sessions preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional, reliable, and passionate about health and wellbeing.
Weekend and evening availability desirable.
