Based on-site in Dublin (2-3 days per week), you will act as the technical authority for a specific service tower, bridging the gap between business owners and global delivery teams to ensure high availability and technical excellence.
The Role: You will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical health of a major service area. This is a high-impact role that balances proactive architecture management with reactive incident leadership, ensuring that outsourced services meet strict enterprise standards.
