Customer Service Delivery Role
This role will be part of our Customer Service Team, supporting two business entities. You will provide cover for customer service during periods of staff leave and guarantee continuity in customer care. Your tasks will include:
* First point of contact for email and phone enquiries
* Sales Order Processing and Dispatching
* Generating and issuance of Customer Quotations
* Liaising with Purchasing to manage Sales Back Orders
* Managing relationships with key parties
We are looking for a sales support or administrative professional with 3-4 years' experience and excellent customer relationship skills. You should have technical competence and numeric/data entry skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
